Your new Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support all accounting activities for our italian operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting according to both local and group standards.
  • Support the review, and analysis of financial information, assisting in making necessary corrections and adjustments.
  • Support and assist monthly and annual financial closings.
  • Assist the intercompany transactions, ensuring reconciliation between entities.
  • Contribute to process improvements by strengthening and documenting existing financial procedures, automating repetitive tasks to focus on high-value activities.
  • Support internal audits and annual tax filings, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Your Skills

Your Profile:

  • Post-secondary education in Finance/Accounting (e.g., MSc in Finance, CCA, or equivalent).
  • Proven experience as a Accountant, ideally within an international organization or previous experience in audit (Big Four) for at least 2-3 years .
  • Fluency in English is essential, both written and spoken.
  • Strong knowledge of reporting tools, including Excel (Google Sheets is a plus). Experience with accounting software (Oracle or similar) and proficiency in year-end closing, VAT, and tax reporting.
  • Detail-oriented, methodical, and analytical, with excellent problem-solving skills. Comfortable working independently and taking on large-scale responsibilities.

Place of work: Milano, Via Perin del Vaga 2, 20156 
Shifts include a total of 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday 09:00-18:00.
