AUTO1 Group Named Best Employer at TopCareer AWARDS for Second Consecutive Year

We are delighted to announce that AUTO1 Group has once again been awarded the title of Best Employer in the Start-up category at the TopCareer AWARDS 2025! Receiving this prestigious recognition for the second year in a row is a testament to our ongoing commitment to fostering an exceptional workplace and continuously raising the bar for employee experience in the automotive and mobility industry.

Building on Last Year’s Success
Last year, we celebrated our first win at the TopCareer AWARDS, organized by Automobilwoche and the Institut für Automobilwirtschaft (IfA). The awards are based on the TopCareer Study, which surveys students and young professionals on the employer attractiveness of 96 companies across the industry. To be recognized again this year, alongside industry leaders such as Porsche, Bosch, and Mercedes-Benz Bank, shows that our commitment to our people is not just a one-time achievement, but a sustained effort.

Progress and Initiatives in 2024/2025

• Diversity Commitment: A collaboration between our Women at AUTO1 Community and LGBTQ+ & Allies Community led to a significant milestone: our Berlin headquarters signed the "Charta der Vielfalt" (Diversity Charter). This important corporate initiative promotes the recognition, appreciation, and integration of diversity into Germany’s business culture, further strengthening our commitment to an open and inclusive workplace.
• Celebrating Pride: For the first time, AUTO1 Group proudly participated in Berlin’s Christopher Street Day (CSD), also known as Berlin Pride. Our LGBTQ+ & Allies Community organized our involvement, allowing us to stand visibly for diversity, equality, and acceptance within and beyond our company.
• Well-being Focus: This year, we enhanced our well-being offerings with the introduction of the WorkLifePortal app for our employees in Germany, providing our teams with new opportunities to stay active, healthy, and engaged. In addition, we continue to offer flexible work arrangements to support a healthy work-life balance for all employees.

Sustaining Excellence and Looking Ahead
