Junior Operations Manager

Your new Role

Your key responsibilities will be handling daily process, such as:

• You will support the (key) Account Management team in handling various administrative operational tasks
• You will answer customer questions via e-mail
• You arrange all matters related to the purchase process and transport of vehicles
• You actively work on improving processes
• Crosscheck activities between original documents and stored documents.

Your Skills

Qualifications

• You need to have a fluent English B2-C1;
• You need to have a good knowledge of the MS Office package;
• You work meticulously, quickly and efficiently
• You can work independently and structure your day
• You are process-oriented and communicative

Additional information

The place of work will be at the headquarters of AUTO1 Albania, Rruga Dritan Hoxha, Laprake and the shifts provide a total of 40 hours per week, from Monday to Friday.
