Customer Service

No matter if by email or phone – we are there for our customers, every day and for every concern.

Our Teams

To ensure first-class service at any given time, our team is divided into Booking Center, Operations and Training and Administration. Currently we are located in Romania and Germany, but there are also colleagues in our other wirkaufendeinauto.de-countries, who support our customer service. We are a colorful and diverse team, speaking French, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, Swedish, Danish and German.

Booking Center

From general questions that might occur before a car sale to setting up dates for the evaluation of the car in one of our branches, we’re in charge! Customer’s individual needs are top priority to us. In the field of inbound and outbound, we take our time for any request via mail or phone, to ensure that everybody who has an wkda-concern feels in good hands.

Training & Admin

Our team is all about our employee’s development. We are working on strategies and activities to train our colleagues and to bring the teams closer together. Part of this is the conception and implementation of customer service specific trainings and recurring interdisciplinary project weeks.

Operations

Once a car is sold, we take over. Three expert teams make this possible: Contract Management, Financed Cars and Deregistration. Contract Management takes care of things forgotten in the car as well as staying on track deadlines and bills. At Financed Cars we pay off financing for bought cars and are in close contact to the financing banks. Deregistration does as its name suggests: deregistering cars and therefore being in close contact with our customers, admission offices and branches.

It’s our big goal, to constantly improve our communication and processes. Be it through everyday learning from each other or specific tips from our trainers and leaders — great communication is crucial for our job.

Freedom in conversation

We want our customers to feel comfortable during our conversations. Therefore our inbound team for example passes on strict conversation guidelines. We love having it casual but still professional.
