Customer Support Debt Collection - French

The debt collection goal is to limit and prevent the late payments of our professional partners. Its actions vary from the booking of the car to the final payment.  

Within this department you’ll be in charge of the following missions: 

• Get the payment of cars or penalties for non-payment;
• Follow-up debtors by phone and emails;
• Respond to partners requests by phone and emails;
• Monitor and manage outstanding receivables;
• Inform employees and customers of internal processes (payment terms, payment deadlines, penalties for non-payment, etc.);
• Making re-invoicing requests to the booking departments;
• Reconcile unidentified payments;
• Operational follow-up of files in cooperation with the different departments, local and foreign, of the Group;

• You have a perfect command of French language;
• A previous successful experience in debt collection is considered an advantage;
• You are comfortable on the telephone and in writing;
• Your main assets are organization, rigor, dynamism and autonomy;
• You know how to firmly apply the company's processes while maintaining a sense of customer service;
• You have a working knowledge of the Office tools (Word, Excel, Gmail);
• You have at least an intermediate level of written English.
