We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our Retail Management Team with focus on Sales & Customer Service. You will ensure exceptional customer experiences across Europe by analyzing data, driving key initiatives and managing and improving our processes. In this department, we provide a stellar online car buying experience to our customers.

Your new role

  • Identify and pursue business opportunities for sales and customer services in the European market
  • Gain deep insights into how to optimize and implement processes and learn how to scale a business in direct cooperation with our Autohero Management team 
  • Write and review business cases, perform research and analysis and drive projects from their design to release
  • Be responsible to monitor and improve the Sales & Customer Service performance of all Autohero markets
  • Carry out cross-functional tasks on a European level and manage stakeholders across different countries and business units

Your skills

  • Graduate with a strong academic background, ideally from a top tier university in Business, Economics, or in another relevant field
  • Proven experience in business development, sales or customer services, preferably within an international setting
  • Passionate about moving projects forward, proactively visualizing improvement opportunities and handling tasks hands-on
  • Strong analytical thinking and the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities
  • Excellent communication skills in English, German or any other European languages are highly advantageous
