  • Own Sales & Remarketing performance, translating central strategy into high-impact execution and market-specific initiatives that drive measurable business results
  • Lead and scale high-performing teams, building strong leadership layers and a culture of accountability and performance
  • Drive business performance, ensuring consistent delivery of revenue and profitability targets across all commercial levers
  • Adapt and optimize the operating model, aligning central guidelines with business needs to maximize efficiency and scalability
  • Act as a key partner to central and local leadership, contributing to strategic discussions and influencing decision-making
  • Build and strengthen strategic partnerships, expanding market reach and reinforcing AUTO1’s positioning

Tus habilidades

  • Strong experience in strategy, consulting, start-up / scale-up environments, or senior commercial leadership roles, with P&L ownership and accountability for business performance.
  • Proven track record in leading and scaling teams and business units in fast-paced environments
  • Strategic mindset combined with strong execution capabilities and result-driver approach
  • High level of business acumen and data-driven decision-making
  • Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
