Junior Data Analyst with Excel

Your new Role

As a Data Analyst  in the Production department at Autohero, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial health and success of our car manufacturing operations. You are a sparring partner for our management and provide data-driven insights and support to the  strategic initiatives. Being responsible for analyzing financial data, monitoring performance metrics, and providing strategic insights to drive informed decision-making at all levels of the organization. Your expertise will be essential in optimizing efficiency, maximizing profitability, and mitigating risks within our production processes.

What are you going to do with us?
       

• You will contribute with your technical skills  to build automated dashboard that provide operational insight

• Market analysis, at the request of management

• Maintaining & improving our operational dashboards based on feedback from the production colleagues

• Controlling our incoming invoices and uploading them to our Back Office system in a standardized format

• Keeping track of our inventory and building reports to track consumption developments in Production;

• Collaborate with the production team to evaluate and operational improvements;

• Assisting with our internal and external audits of our car inventory;

• Being first point of contact for our production team for all data-driven inquiries and questions; 

Your Skills

• A degree completed at least at Bachelor level

• 1-2 years of work experience, preferably in an international companies

• Experience with business analysis and business controlling

• You have knowledge of Excel and G Suite

• You have demonstrable quantitative and analytical skills

• You have a good understanding of accounting and at the same time a lot of commercial awareness

• You speak and write fluently English

Our Offer

Additional information

The place of work will be at the headquarters of AUTO1 Albania, Kompleksi Delijorgji, Tirana and the shifts provide a total of 40 hours per week, from Monday to Friday 09:00-18:00.
