Investor Relations - Expert (f/m/x)

Your new Role

As an Investor Relations Expert, you will be responsible for managing our financial communications with investors and analysts, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. Your tasks will include:

• Developing a strong understanding of the AUTO1 businesses and the key levers for our success, evolving our equity story and managing a small, highly motivated team
• Organizing and participating in earnings calls, investor calls, conferences and roadshows
• Responding to inquiries from investors and analysts in collaboration with experts from across AUTO1 Group and drafting press and ad hoc releases in cooperation with our communications department
• Supporting our 16 stock analysts and core investors to set the stage for a fair company valuation and managing our IR website
• Discharging our regulatory obligations as a listed company in the Prime Standard of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange in co-ordination with our Legal and Accounting teams (annual general meeting, earnings releases, and mandatory notifications, including their publication)
• Reflecting the feedback and expectations of the capital markets internally

Your Skills

• A successfully completed degree and initial professional experience in investment banking (Equity Research, DCM, or ECM) or in the field of Corporate Investor Relations
• Excellent communication skills and a remarkable presence with various stakeholders, such as investors
• The ability to communicate complex business processes and numbers clearly and understandably, both orally and in writing, in English and preferably German as well
• Strong results/goal orientation, willingness to address problems in an agile manner, and a passion for "making things happen"
• Understanding of the regulatory requirements of a publicly traded company.
• Curiosity to explore how AI tools can enhance Investor Relations
