Your new Role
What will you do with us?
- You identify the customer's needs and advise them on the most appropriate car and services
- You follow up on leads received from (potential) customers by telephone, by email and on the website - no acquisition but warm leads.
- You answer questions about the purchasing process and our services.
- You take care of administrative processing
- You take care of the process of delivering the car to the customer in question
Your Skills
Who are we looking for?
- You have experience in a similar position
- You have a service and customer oriented attitude
- You are commercially motivated and have good communication skills
- You are convincing, reliable and able to manage your sales pipeline independently.
- Fluency in Dutch language
