Procurement Excellence Manager (f/m/x)

Your new Role

• Implementing and adopting the Oracle Procurement software P2P
• Purchase orders approval per country
• Implementing self-purchase approach for departments (for example Oracle internal/external catalogs or other automatized purchase solutions) 
• Standardizing procurement processes across countries
• Budget control incl. sourcing boards each quarter with countries and departments
• Creating and executing procurement regional strategy and purchasing activities

Your Skills

• At least 5 years of working experience in project management and procurement preferably with experience in implementing new processes
• Ideally, in-depth knowledge in global procurement as a Procurement Manager
• Sound experience in strategy development, initiative planning and budget responsibility for projects in the area of procurement
• A high level of analytical thinking coupled with advanced Excel skills
• You master excellent verbal and written communication in English
• Ideally you’re a native German speaker, at least you have to be able to negotiate in German
