We enable our partners to make use of the AUTO1.com dealer network for sale of their cars – no matter if they are leasing return, rental cars or trade-in. We put our customer first and design the marketing process as efficient and lean as possible. All our cars are offered Europe-wide in over 30 countries. Since our online auctions run all over Europe, we can offer especially good prices to our customers in the shortest time possible. Besides marketing we also take care of the complete transaction from evaluation to pick-up.

No matter if it’s independent dealers, well-established fleet or leasing companies: To offer the best possible service for our customers and partners, we count on a strong and diverse team. Starting with mobile evaluators ranging up to business development managers. In all of this an affinity for cars, customer-focus and a date-driven mindset are crucial.

Account Management

We are the first contact for our customers like car dealers or fleet operators. Or responsibilities include holistic customer contact, ranging from acquisition of new partners to assistance for present cooperations. Always hungry for the next deal and a lot of petrol running through our veins, we will always find the perfect solution for our partners and thus help shape the success story of AUTO1.

Business Development Management

Our affinity for analytics is mandatory in Business Development Management to sustainably improve processes in Remarketing. We are closely integrated in interdisciplinary projects, to further expand the success of AUTO1 Group. We also help identify and develop new business areas. With the big picture in mind all the time, we ensure Remarketing being an integral factor of success for AUTO1 Group every day.

Business Support

We are the central interface between all Remarketing teams. Through our outcome-oriented and structured mode of operation we support our Sales team with all operational tasks and work with them very closely. Additionally the execution of all sales and the corresponding external communication with our partners is one of our major tasks. Through coordinating our mobile evaluators we ensure an efficient workflow of car admission.

Key Account Management

We take care of our biggest customers, especially trading groups with multiple locations. Our biggest goal is the best possible customer service – from the acquisition of promising cooperation partners to the assistance for our existing key accounts. Our main focus lies on building up and supporting strategic partnerships. Therefore we’re constantly in contact with the industry and extending our network.

Mobiler Fahrzeugbewerter

We are a passionate team of car mechanics and master craftsmen and responsible for detailed optical and technical evaluation of our partner’s used cars. With our in-house developed evaluation-app and years of experience we ensure high quality evaluation. Our evaluators are mostly on site with our partners and represent AUTO1 regionally.
