Car Inspector Optics

We are looking for a Car Inspector Optics to join our production center in Oosterhout. As a Car Inspector Optics, you will be responsible for performing inspections on cars. You will assess the condition of the car and carefully report the findings. Autohero is an innovative online b2c retail platform for inspected, high-quality used cars at the best price.

What you will do

• As point of contact at the logistics centre, you will ensure that our car quality standards and lead times are met by local service providers
• As an intermediary between our partners and headquarters, you define which repairs need to be carried out and actively drive for the right and best offers
• You account for the final inspection of completed vehicles and ensure that our quality guidelines are adhered to
• Your automotive/workshop experience enables you to quickly identify defects on used vehicles
• You contribute to improving the quality of our vehicles and are an important part in the further development of our quality standards

Who you are

• A completed training as a car mechanic, damage repairer/sprayer or similar,
• You have at least 2 years of relevant work experience
• You have good technical and optical car knowledge of a wide range of makes and models
• Knowledge in the field of paintwork, bodywork, damage and cost calculations
• You have a good feel for the car market
• Willingness to contribute at every stage of refurbishment
• Driving licence B
