Be part of our colourful and motivated customer service team and contribute to the professional phone support of our private customers by coordinating appointments for our 130 branches in Germany and Austria. With your support you will help to continuously improve our service quality.
Your new Role
What you will do:
- Know in detail the sales policy of the Company and the products marketed for the purpose of promotion on the market;
- Present, promote and sell products in accordance with the Company's standards and policies;
- Complies with the sales objectives communicated by the Company Management;
- Support the colleagues in the sales team in collecting specific information, according to the necessities;
- Has always a positive and polite attitude in the performance of the relationship and the relationship with the clients;
- Treat properly any customer complaints, promptly informing the Company Management;
Your Skills
What you should bring:
- Negotiation and mediation skills
- Positive attitude
- Spirit of observation and attention to detail
- Ability to adapt to new situations and to work under stress conditions
- Native or advanced Slovenian/Serbian and English language
