Parts Specialist

Your new Role

• Procure technical components from the automotive environment
• Carry out provider comparisons with the aim of optimizing both parts availability and the cost structure
• Plausibility check of supplier offers in coordination with other specialist departments
• Analyze and develop new procurement markets as well as maintain existing supplier relationships
• Support with invoice control and purchasing budget planning as well as creation and maintenance of reports in the spare parts area

Your Skills

• Commercial and/or technical training
• Professional experience in technical purchasing, procurement or scheduling in the automotive trade or with automotive suppliers
• Affinity to vehicle technology topics and strong technical understanding (workshop processes, warehouse organization, tool knowledge, etc.)
• Teamwork, assertiveness and negotiation skills
• Very good knowledge of spoken and written German
