Connecting and Learning: Highlights from our Leadership Summit

In September, we had the pleasure of hosting our international Leadership Summit at our Berlin headquarters. For the event, we gathered our Purchasing, Retail, Sales, and Remarketing Leadership teams from all over Europe in Berlin to connect, learn, and grow. Our leaders spent two days immersed in keynotes, breakout sessions, and networking opportunities, all focused on creating exceptional experiences for our customers and continuing our mission to transform the used car market.

As we look back on this year’s Summit, we take away that although we have been growing our business massively over the past decade, it still feels like we just started. We are excited about the future and the role we are playing in shaping the used car industry by putting transparency and customer experience front and center of everything we do.

The Summit was a testament to our commitment and culture to choose challenges, choose pace, and choose growth as well as the team we have built around these values. As we look ahead, we are excited to bring the ideas and impulses from the event to all our European markets and continue our journey.
