As a Project Management Intern in Customer Service you will take on a decisive key position with regard to our customer service journey and optimization of our C2B business unit wirkaufendeinauto.de internationally for all our markets in Europe. We offer you an internship for the duration of 6 months starting immediately.
Your new Role
- Be part of a strong team and learn from the AUTO1 Management team from day 1
- Support our project managers on different projects and assist them in carrying out cross-functional projects
- Gain insights on how to optimize and implement processes and learn how to scale a business in direct cooperation with fellow project managers and our Management team
- Correspond with stakeholders across different business units such as marketing, purchasing, finance and business analytics
- Perform supporting research and data analysis
Your Skills
- Interested in working in an unstructured, fast-paced environment
- First experience in working in dynamic organizations or start ups is a plus
- Solid analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Good command of Microsoft Excel and SQL, knowledge of Tableau is beneficial
- Hands-on mentality paired with organizational and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in spoken and written English and conversational in German, fluency in any additional AUTO1 working languages is a plus
- Enrolled in a European university for the duration of your internship
